1. General

Heritarium Fine Jewellery Oy ("we", "us", "our") is a Finnish company registered under Business ID: 3518111-2.

These Terms explain how we work together when you order from our website.

We may update these Terms occasionally, and the latest version will always be available on our site.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

Each piece you order is lovingly crafted just for you — all our jewellery is made to order.

Once your order is placed, it forms a contract between you and us.

To ensure quality and timely delivery, production begins within 24 hours. After this, cancellation is not possible.

Occasionally, we may need to cancel orders due to unforeseen issues; if so, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

Payment is required at checkout via secure methods including major credit and debit cards and Klarna where available.

4. Production and Delivery

Your jewellery will be crafted with care, typically within 2–3 weeks.

We ship all orders with full insurance for your peace of mind. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number to follow your package's journey.

While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays due to postal services or customs may occur.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns on fully custom made pieces. For pieces available from our collections, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, please contact us for more details.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We'll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means a repair or replacement.

6. Warranty

We offer a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover wear from everyday use, accidental damage, or resizing.

To keep your jewellery looking its best, please follow the care instructions included with your order.

7. Liability

While we take great care in crafting your jewellery, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Privacy

We value your privacy and handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined there.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Finnish law.

Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Finland.
