Shipping Policy

Free Delivery We offer free delivery on all orders. No minimum order value is required.

Processing Time As most of our pieces are made to order, please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Times

These are in addition to the production time of our products. 

• Finland: 2–5 business days
• Nordic & Baltic countries: 3–7 business days
• Rest of Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

Shipping Carriers We ship via trusted carriers including Posti and DHL. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Return Shipping Please note that while delivery is complimentary, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover the cost of returning items. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy.

Customs & Duties For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
