Because each piece is made especially for you, we want to ensure you have all the information you need before making your purchase.

Returns

All our jewellery is custom-made to order. However, we offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery, provided the item is:

Unworn and unused
In original, resaleable condition
Returned in the original packaging

We offer free return shipping within Finland and the Nordic countries. To initiate a return:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@heritarium.fi with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
Pack the item securely using the original packaging. Customers are responsible for ensuring the piece arrives back safely.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please note: Engraved or customised pieces (such as those with personalisation) are not eligible for return.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After 24 hours, production starts, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with damage or any error, please notify us within 3 days of delivery, including photos and a brief description.. We will review the issue promptly and arrange for repair, replacement, or a suitable resolution.
