• Each piece you order is lovingly crafted just for you — all our jewellery is made to order.

• To ensure quality and timely delivery, production begins within 24 hours. After this, cancellation is not possible.

• Occasionally, we may need to cancel orders due to unforeseen issues; if so, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is required at checkout via secure methods including major credit and debit cards and Klarna where available.

 

4. Production and Delivery

• Your jewellery will be crafted with care, typically within 2–3 weeks.

• We ship all orders with full insurance for your peace of mind. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout.

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

• While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays due to postal services or customs may occur.

 

5. Returns and Exchanges

• Because every piece is custom-made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days with photos. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means a repair or replacement.

 

6. Warranty

• We offer a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects.

• This warranty does not cover wear from everyday use, accidental damage, or resizing.

• To keep your jewellery looking its best, please follow the care instructions included with your order.

 

7. Liability

• While we take great care in crafting your jewellery, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

• We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.

• We value your privacy and handle your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
